Re-mounting an incorrect and dangerous TV installation

    A previous installer did not install the mounting bracket into wood studs, so the TV was already coming of the wall and hanging dangerously when we arrived. It completely pulled off with just a slight touch. We removed the TV and mount from the wall before re-installing it correctly.

    Client did not purchase an in-wall cord management kit and opted out of the incremental service fee for installing a kit for hiding the cords in the wall. Also note that the mount the client had purchased did not allow for any horizontal shifting of the TV to be centered over the entertainment unit, so the unit itself was later centered under the TV. Separately, the locking straps had not yet been looped up to be hidden behind the TV.
